Help with the X-AGON Academy app and this website — signing in, course access, quizzes, seminar material and your account.
How to reach us
Email xagon.performance@gmail.com or use the contact form. We answer within two working days. If you are writing about your account, please write from the email address the account is registered to, and tell us whether you are on iPhone, Android or the website.
Common questions
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the email address the school registered you with. There is no self-service password reset yet — email us and we will set a new password for you straight away.
My course is not in "My learning"
Access to a diploma is granted by the school once you are enrolled, so a course appears only after an administrator has assigned it to you. If you have enrolled and the course is still missing, email us with your name and the programme.
Only some of the lessons are open
That is deliberate. Tutors release chapters as the seminar progresses, and you get a notification each time new lessons are unlocked.
A quiz will not open, or I want another attempt
Quizzes are assigned to you personally and some have a time limit and a window in which they can be taken. Attempts are set by your tutor — ask us and we will pass the request on.
A video or a slide deck will not play
Lesson videos are hosted on YouTube and Vimeo, so a blocked network or a very old device is the usual cause. Slide decks open in your browser. Try again on another connection, and if it still fails send us the lesson name.
Changing your details or your password
In the app, open Profile — you can edit your name, headline and bio, and change your password there. Changing your password signs your other devices out.
Deleting your account
Email us from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. Your account, enrolments, progress and quiz attempts are removed within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Joining a certification programme
Nothing is sold inside the app. Browse the certifications and send an enquiry — our team will come back to you with dates and details.
About the app
X-AGON Academy is available for iPhone and Android. It needs an internet connection, and a student account for anything under My Learning and Quizzes — the catalogue, the videos and the certifications can be browsed by anyone.
