Terms of Use

1. These terms

XAGON Performance Systems runs the academy website at xagonperformancesystems.gr and the X-AGON Academy mobile app. By creating an account or using either of them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

An account is personal to you. Keep your password to yourself, do not let anyone else sign in as you, and tell us at once if you think someone has. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts are for adults training as exercise professionals; we do not create accounts for children under 16.

3. Access to course material

Access to a diploma is granted by the school once you have enrolled on the programme. Nothing is sold inside the app and no payment is taken there. Tutors release chapters as the programme progresses, so parts of a course may stay locked until then. We may adjust, update or withdraw material as the syllabus changes.

4. What you may and may not do with it

The manuals, images, slide decks, videos and quiz questions are the intellectual property of XAGON Performance Systems and its authors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own studies. You may not copy, record, download, republish, resell or share them, in whole or in part, with anyone outside the programme, and you may not use them to teach or to build a course of your own.

You also agree not to attempt to reach parts of the service you have not been given access to, not to disrupt it, and not to sit a quiz on someone else's behalf or let anyone sit one on yours.

5. Quizzes and certification

Quizzes are assigned to you by your tutors and some carry a time limit and a window in which they may be taken. Results are visible to the school. Completing material in the app is part of your training, but it is the school's examination and assessment process that decides whether a certification is awarded — using the app does not by itself guarantee one.

6. Exercise and health

The material is professional education, not medical advice and not a personalised training programme. Exercise carries risk. Before you perform, teach or prescribe anything you read here, take account of your own condition and that of the people you train, and seek medical advice where it is needed. You act on your own judgement and responsibility.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some videos are hosted on YouTube and Vimeo and depend on those services. We may carry out maintenance, change features or discontinue parts of the service.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — in particular one that shares course material or account credentials. If you want to close your account yourself, see support.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

10. Your data

How we handle your personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when we last did. Greek law applies and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
